With a focus on water quality and ecosystem health:
Our Water Quality Services team leads the way in improving water quality across the Great Barrier Reef catchments, as well as other regions across Australia and internationally. The team offers partners and clients authoritative advice and services, from on-ground water quality improvement activities, such as small plot rainfall simulation, to paddock and catchment loads monitoring and research design, to coordination of water quality management programs of all scales.
The Water Quality Services team has a wide breadth and depth of experience in developing and undertaking water quality monitoring programs from plot to catchment scale. We manage databases and interpret water quality results to inform management actions for improved water quality outcomes. With specialised environmental knowledge of the Central and North Queensland region, our water quality consultants are ideally placed to service regional needs.
The team has the experience and knowledge to tailor a Water Quality Monitoring Program to suit our client’s needs, goals and objectives. These individualised programs can include:
With our rainfall simulator, rain events of known properties can be created, allowing increased control over the many variables that govern natural rainfall. Whether you are seeking field parameter values for use in model calibrations, product comparisons, or rapid initial assessment of a wide range of factors, a rainfall simulator can provide the answers. Rainfall simulators have been in use in the mining, agricultural and urban environments to determine sustainable development impacts and to assist with best practice measures.
